Position: Network Support Specialist

Role Overview:
As a Network Support Specialist at First Tel, you'll be essential in ensuring the stability and performance of our network infrastructure. You'll handle network issues, optimize performance, and contribute to the implementation of network solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide technical support for network-related issues.
Monitor network performance and troubleshoot problems.
Configure and maintain network hardware and software.
Collaborate with team members to enhance network security and efficiency.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in network support or a related field.
Strong knowledge of networking protocols and hardware.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA Network+, Cisco CCNA) are a plus.
